• Beds made up for arrival
• Duvets - 1 for each bed
• Down Pillows - English style 2 for each bed

• Television
• DVD Player (bring your own DVD's
• iPod Dock
• Light Final cleaning (Apartment must be left clean as found)

NOT Included in the price:

• Travel to and from the Apartment
• Meals/Catering
• Cleaning 
• Insurance of any kind
• Lift Passes
• Tuition/Guiding
• Equipment Hire
• Massage or Nanny Service

Prices are for the Apartment for up to a maximum of 4 x adults and 4 x children per week self catered.  A Non-Refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is required at the time of booking with the completed Booking Form.  The Balance is payable no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental.  A Caution/Security deposit  of £350 pounds/€400 Euros is also required with the balance payment.  Rental runs from Sunday - Sunday unless stated.  The Apartment will be available from 4pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on departure day.  A Light final Clean is included in the rental but the Apartment must be left as found otherwise additional cleaning charges will be taken from the Security Deposit.
