We understand the stresses snowsports place on your body so we have teamed up with Ski-physio who can provide a massage for those aches and pains or treatment for those unfortunate enough to be injured (paperwork provided for insurance claims).

Ski- Physio have been established in Meribel since 1995 and as such are specialists in treating a snowsport clientele. 

Some of the conditions they treat are:

• Back, neck pain
• Torn muscles and ligaments
• Upper limb conditions including shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand
• Lower limb conditions, groin, hip, knee, ankle and foot
• Anterior knee pain and cruciate (ACL) injury

They also do:

• Post operative rehabilitation
• Core stability training
• Biomechanical assessment and treatment
• Pre ski assessment – muscle length testing and ski stretches

They use only senior British Chartered physiotherapists who are all fully registered with the ministry of health, locally within the region, insured and fully HPC checked.

Indulge yourself in a massage to aid relaxation, or ease those tired legs from skiing, enhance recovery time and improve performance. The massage given will be tailored to your individual requirements and can include Sports, Swedish, relaxing, aromatherapy or deep tissue massage techniques.

Why not try out Pilates during your stay and have a one to one session with one of their Physios to work on your core postural muscles.

All treatments can be carried out in their Meribel clinic or in the comfort of your chalet.
