Private and group fitness sessions are led by our trainer Rhian who started her training as a classical dancer before extending her studies into personal training, yoga and Pilates.

Relax, stretch and unwind with Yoga or decrease your chance of injury and increase your ski-ing performance with a Pilates session.
Sessions can include Yoga, Pilates, boxing, Hula, Swiss ball, body conditioning, swimming, aqua-aerobics and stretching.

Enjoy one of our grouund breaking anti-aging facial treatments by Rodial.  The treatments are designed to give instant 'face lift' effect, perfect on holiday or in preparation for a special night.
Using luxurious essie spa products, Physique offer an After Ski Pedicure including a deep tissue foot and leg massage, a Winter warmer paraffin wax treatment, moisture mask, manicure or a quick fix pedicure/manicure.

Prices range from 30 - 80 Euros, there are also combination treatments available.
