Booking a holiday in Chalet Chardon Bleu 

1. Cost - Summer 2007

Low Season -  £345 per week.
Mid Season - £425 - £535 per week.
High Season -  £650 per week.

 The above prices are for the Chalet per week self catered for up to 6 people.

2. Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests staying at any one time is to be 6 except with the express agreement of the owners, in which case a supplement would be payable.

3. Deposit – Non-refundable
20% of the total rental due is required to secure a reservation.

4. Caution
A caution of £150 (one hundred & fifty pounds), by UK Cheque supported by a cheque guarantee card or cash (Euros) is payable at the beginning of the rental period to cover breakages and cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.  Subject to there being no breakages and the property being in an acceptable condition your cheque will be posted back to you within 5 days of your departure.  In the event of deductions, the balance if any and an explanation will be forwarded within the same timescale.

5. Rental Period
The Chalet is let from Saturday to Saturday and runs from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure.  Key Collection is between 4pm & 6pm latest. Earlier by prior arrangement

6. Booking
Complete the booking form and send it back to us together with your cheque for the deposit.  We will then send to you a confirmation letter and invoice for the balance, which will be due no later than eight weeks before the beginning of the rental period.  Upon receipt of your final payment, directions and instructions for key collection will be sent to you.

7. Insurance
You are strongly advised to take out travel insurance with a cancellation clause, such as that offered by Chez Nous or the AA/RAC to enable you to recover non-refundable monies.  You should also make sure you have full cover for your party’s belongings, public liability etc., as such things are not covered by our insurance.

8. What is included?
 Duvets and Pillows. Electricity, which powers heating, lighting and cooking. Mains Water.
  
9. What is not included?
Linen and Towels – Bring your own or we can rent linen packs to you €15 (Euros) per person per week payable in Euros cash on arrival at Chalet.
Cleaning – An end of stay/final clean can be arranged from €40 payable in Euros cash on arrival at the Chalet.

10. Telephone
There is a telephone in the Chalet, which will receive incoming calls and make local calls.  UK Mobile ‘phones work well in Mottaret.
