Top class food prepared for you in the comfort of your own chalet
In all three of our fully catered Chalets we employ a qualified cook/chef to ensure that we serve top class food using, where possible, fresh local produce. With this in mind our cooks will discuss the proposed menus for the week with you and as far as is practicable will design dinner menus to suit your tastes. High Tea is also available for the young ones again choices/menus can be discussed, and served at a time to suit. Most allergies can be catered for with prior notice.

Morning: Breakast is an important meal so start the day with Orange juice, cereal, porridge, yogurts, fresh fruit and freshly baked baguette ,which is delivered from the bakery daily, with a selection of jams, honey, marmalade and Nutella. Each day we offer a cooked Breakfast of the day, choose from eggs and bacon or other hot dishes (there is a different Hot Dish each Day). Of course there is Fresh coffee, tea or choose a fruit or herbal tea. To help keep you going through the day help yourself from our basket of mini chocolate bars, tissues and piste maps as you leave the Chalet.

Afternoon:- On your return from a day on the slopes the table will be laid out for you with a home-made cake or biscuits with Tea, Selection of Fruit and Herbal, Coffee or Hot Chocolate which will be laid out ready for you to help yourself. Take time to relax for an hour or so or have a snooze before dinner.

Evening:- To help get you into the holiday mood, on your first evening we offer a welcome glass of Champagne with Canapés before dinner. On the other six nights enjoy a pre dinner aperitif served with 'Amuse Bouche' in front of the fire before settling down to a sumptous four course dinner including a cheese board with a choice of quality Wines, finished off with fresh coffee or Tea.

Children:- For the little ones High Tea/ Early evening supper is normally served at about 6pm. We offer a selection of home cooked meals or please let us know what dishes are preferred. Once the little ones have been fed and watered this leaves you to enjoy your dinner later in the evening in a relaxed atmosphere.

Each week we offer a Main Course of Fish if guests wish, this could be: Roast Sea Bass with sauteed wild mushrooms and potatoes served with Salsa Verde
Special Occasions:-
If there is a special occasion to celebrate during your stay, maybe a birthday or wedding anniversary, please let us know. We would be delighted to provide a Special Birthday cake at tea time or have some Champagne available for you in the evening (additional charge). If you prefer we can arrange a Special Celebratory Dinner Menu in consultation with your Chef and Host.
Staff Day Off:-
Your Cook and Housekeeper/Host take one full day off each week. On this day a Continental breakfast will be available for you to help yourself. Afternoon tea will also be available as usual for you to help yourself. In the evening you will be able to try one of the many excellent restaurants, we are happy to recommend and make suggestions. |
